Théâtre Catapulte creates and presents French productions with a unique focus on women and minority artists’ voices to bring forth stories and art forms we still rarely see on our stages. The company offers shows which stimulate critical thinking, and open a dialogue on contemporary social issues. Through their close partnership with La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins, the Théâtre Catapulte presents its creations and those of other companies to adult and adolescent audiences in Ottawa-Gatineau. Its productions are also presented to Francophone communities throughout Canada.
