TICKET PRICES FOR 2023-2024

  • $17,50 (taxes included) per student during school matinees, and free for acccompanying parent and staff.
  • $17,50 (taxes included) per student during evenings, for groups of 15 students or more, and free for organisers.

SERVICES

  • Preparatory workshops are offered by our artists, who are passionate, cultivated and engaging experts in cultural mediation. Free for all groups (travel fees apply for groups outside Ottawa-Gatineau).
  • Study guides and other downloadable guides.
  • A maximum 20-minute discussion with the performers after each show.

COMPANY POLICY

  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with all of the details, including an invoice.
  • The total amount is payable by cheque or direct deposit and is due four weeks before the start of presentations.
  • A group has up to four weeks before the presentation to modify the reservation (e.g.: adjust the number of students), or to cancel the reservation.
  • The company must be advised of any additional participants at least one day before the presentation, in order to guarantee seating.
  • After the prescribed period, the amount due shall be as stated on the invoice. Last minute adjustments will not be taken into consideration.
  • In the case of cancelation due to force majeure, including the cancelation of school transportation due to inhospitable weather, and if the presentation cannot be rescheduled to accommodate all parties, Théâtre Catapulte will reimburse the total amount paid to date.

DEFINITION OF FORCE MAJEURE

An exceptional circumstance that forbids the possibility of the presentation and is out of the hands of Théâtre Catapulte or the buyer, including but not limited to: a snow storm; strike; riot; mass uprising; epidemic; war or emergency; disaster; unforeseeable circumstance, or any other act noted by a duly constituted public authority.
