Comments and annotations
Comments
You can enter notes directly into the card table using a comment track. Comment tracks behave like any other track except that they are never displayed during projection.
Enter a comment
To enter a new comment, navigate to the row you want to comment on, then choose Cards > Comments. A comment track will be added if necessary, and the text cursor will be placed in a card on that track. You can then enter your comment.
Delete a comment track
A comment track can be deleted like any other track. To delete a comment track, place the text cursor on the track, then choose Track > Delete Tracks.
Transform a comment track
It is possible to convert a comment track into a regular track and vice versa.
Double-click the track header to display the track properties
Check or uncheck the Comment track option
Click OK
Flags
A flag is a marker that you can place on a row of cards. This feature is useful for quickly identifying a problem with a card, during a rehearsal for example. By marking a row with a flag, you can come back to it after the show to correct the problem.
Flag rows
To flag a row of cards, move to the desired row and choose Cards > Flag Rows. A flag will appear to the right of the cards in that row.
Multiple rows of cards can be flagged at once. Select the rows, then choose Cards > Label Rows
You can also click the flag area of a row to flag the row.
Unflag rows
To unflag a row of cards, move to the desired row, then choose Cards > Unflag Rows.
Multiple rows of card can be unflagged at once. Select the rows, then choose Cards > Unflag Rows.
You can also click the flag of a row to unflag the row.
Go to a flag
To quickly move to the next or previous flagged row, choose Edit > Next Flag or Previous Flag.
Disabling cards
Rows of cards can be disabled to exclude them from the projection. Disabled rows are never displayed and are skipped when surtitles are cued.
Disable rows
To disable a row of cards, move to the desired row, then choose Cards > Disable Rows. The cards will be hatched to indicate that they are disabled.
Multiple rows of cards can be disabled at once. Select the rows, then choose Cards > Disable Rows.
Enable rows
The enable rows operation restores card rows that were previously disabled.
To enable a row of cards, move to the desired row, then choose Cards > Enable Rows.
