Projection
Once the surtitles are ready, you can launch the projection to admire your work on screen.
If your computer has multiple displays, the Koinè window can be kept on your main monitor while the surtitles are projected to another video output. During projection, the Koinè window switches to a dark theme to accommodate the low-light conditions in the control booth.
By default, the first track in your project will be displayed in the center of one of the video outputs of your computer. You can use the Configuration Interface to reposition the track, display other tracks, and set up multiple video outputs.
Start projection
To start projecting the surtitles, choose Projection > Start projection.
Cue surtitles
To cue the next card, press Space, Down Arrow, Right Arrow.
To go back to the previous card, press Up Arrow or Left Arrow.
You can also click on a card row in the Koinè window to quickly jump to that row. There is no risk of accidentally modifying the surtitles, as they are locked during projection.
Blackout
If a mishap occurs during projection, you can briefly black out the surtitles. The video outputs will then show blank cards instead of surtitles.
To back out the surtitles, press Backspace or choose Projection > Blackout.
To restore projection, press Backspace again or choose Projection > Restore Projection.
Enter comments on the fly
You can enter comments during projection in order to review the surtitles later or to keep useful notes. (See section Comments)
To enter a comment, press Ctrl+; or choose Cards > Comments. Type your comment, then press Esc.

Stop projection
To stop the projection, choose Presentation > Stop Projection.
